In the name of our client, the German company GRUENBECK WASSERAUFBEREITUNG GMBH, we filed an opposition against the pre-mentioned application, based on the trademark GENO, protected as a European Union (no. 1449065) and Greek trademark (no. 100809). The opposition was accepted by the Administrative Trademark Committee and the pre-mentioned application was rejected through decision no. 8774/2004. Moreover, the Administrative Court of 1st Instance rejected the recourse filed by AFOI TZAFERIDI O.E. against the decision no. 8774/2004 and approved our intervention through its decision no. 16639/2010.
