In the name of our client, the German company MARIA CLEMENTINE MARTIN KLOSTERFRAU GmbH & CO., we opposed the pre-mentioned application based on the trademark right on DENOSOL, which is protected as a European Union trademark (no. 1233204). The Administrative Trademark Committee considered that the word DERMOSOL could indeed create confusion to the public and accepted our opposition through its decision no. 6066/2006.
