Examples Of Our Work RASILAN SA (Spanish company) against the Greek company
Among its products there is a particular type of blanket which is packaged in a cardboard box with specific colours and designs. On the box there is also the trademark of the company "RASILAN" and the word "LUXOR". The opponent company KANELLAS AE, the seat of which is in Larissa, Greece, imported and distributed onto the Greek market blankets packaged in a box which had similar size, designs and colours. On the box there were also the words "RAZILAN" and "LUXOR". The Court of 1st Inst. of Athens approved the petition for Security Measures of the company RASILAN SA through its decision No. 9474/2000 and ordered the opponent party, among other requirements, to stop packaging its blankets in the box which was similar to that of the company RASILAN SA and to withdraw the printed material on which the above word "RAZILAN" appeared.

The company RASILAN SA is involved with the production, distribution and sale worldwide of bed liners, namely blankets, sheets, pillow-cases etc. and it has registered in Greece the trademark "RASILAN" to place and use it on its products.
